## Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.

## Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship to the **United Kingdom** and the **European Union**.

Please note: delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and exclude processing time. As our products are shipped from our supplier's fulfilment centre, transit times can occasionally vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

## Shipping Costs

## Customs & Import Duties (EU Orders)

For orders shipped to EU countries, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

## Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
