# Refund Policy
We want you to love your Dewy Golden Eye Mask. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
## Returns
You have **14 days** from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within the 14-day window with your order number
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used eye masks unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
## Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to send the item back.
## Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at rhysmcsorley7@icloud.com.
